In-person ticket CAD $125
The in-person ticket includes:
- In-person access to the two days of conferences at the Université de l’Ontario français.
- Access to online simultaneous translation from French to English (you will need your smartphone and earphones)
- Access to the Symposium’s Pheedlopp portal where you can create your profile, access the lobby, check the event updates, chat with other participants, etc.
- Reduced rate at the Holiday Inn Express Toronto Downtown
- Entrance to the symposium’s satellite events.
- Access to the online recordings of each talk for three months following the event.
Cancellation Policy
A vaccination passport may be required. If a change of venue is necessary to comply with new gathering restrictions instituted by the host institution, participants will be duly notified.
If, due to the pandemic or for any other reason, the symposium can no longer be held in hybrid format, but entirely in virtual format, registrants in the in-person mode will be transferred to the virtual mode. They will be refunded the difference in price.
Cancellation requests received by March 15, 2022 will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative fee. Participants who cancel after this date will not be refunded
Virtual ticket CAD $95
The virtual ticket includes:
- Virtual access to the two days of conferences from the Université de l’Ontario français (live conferences will be streamed through Zoom using the Pheedloop virtual platform)
- Access to the Symposium’s Pheedloop portal where you can create your own profile, access the lobby, check the event updates, chat with other participants, etc.
- Simultaneous translation services from French to English.
- Access to the online recordings of each talk for three months following the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received before March 15, 2022, will receive a full refund minus a $30 administration fee. No refunds after this date.
